On your Facebook page, it’s important to make the custom tabs that you create highly visible on your page’s timeline view. The only way to link someone directly to a customized tab is via a Facebook ad or a direct hyperlink (which you can technically place anywhere — your website, a status update, a tweet, etc.). So if you have multiple custom tabs, some of them may get buried, since you can only show off four at a time.
Here’s how to rearrange your app tab images to make sure the highest-priority images are at the front. And one important note — your Photos tab will always be first; there’s no way to change this.
1. Expand your app tab view
Click the little arrow to the right of your app tab images.
2. Hover over the image you want to swap
Hovering over one of these images will reveal a little pencil icon.
3. Choose a tab to swap this image with
Click on the pencil icon. Then choose which tab image you want to swap this image with.
That’s it! Once you click the little arrow on the right again, you’ll see that your updates have been saved automatically, and now your tabs are in the right order.
