Honestly, the way it is implemented on the swami blog is pretty old school. What you want is “sharethis” it is a much better implementation of social bookmarks on posts. The link is below.
You might want to start off with people's opinion first and see what they think and offer input. In this world, you might easily be handing someone over your ideas for free and there would be nothing you could do about it.
