To add a Twitter button to your website or blog, just copy the code below the Twitter badge of your choice, paste the code into the HTML of your site, and replace USER in the code with your Twitter name.

@ Robert Clay – To put the badge in your Wordpress sidebar, first upload the image to your server. Make note of the image location (if you use an easy uploader plugin, it will tell you the source of the image). I use http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-easy-uploader/
Then in the admin section go to Design –> Widgets and add a text widget (where you can put arbitrary text or HTML). Then enter this:
Change the ALLCAPS parts accordingly, and save your changes. Hope this helps!
